Our agile coaches drive organizational change both at the team and executive level. If you can demonstrate a proven track record of leading and contributing to successful agile transformations and overcoming organizational resistance, we want to talk to you.

You should have:
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP, CSP-SM or CSP-PO)
  • Multiple years of coaching organizations (not just team level as a scrum master)
  • Experience in multiple scrum roles
  • Exposure to multiple industries
  • Helped various business functions adopt agile approaches (e.g. finance, HR, marketing, sales)
  • Ability to demonstrate how your recommendations were successfully implemented, and how success was measured
  • Experience with various agile lifecycle management tools, both physical and electronic
  • Ability to demonstrate the differences between consulting, coaching, mentoring, training and facilitating
  • Involvement in the agile community outside of your day job (writing, speaking, mentoring, meetups, etc)
  • Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach (CTC) or Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
  • ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
  • MBA

Scrum Master

Our scrum masters have proven experience coaching (not directing) scrum teams and stakeholders to enact agile principles and scrum values. We want to talk to you if you can demonstrate solid scrum knowledge and the following experience and attributes:

You should have:
  • Creating an environment for the development team’s success
  • Enabling product owners to be decisive and accessible for priority and clarification
  • Strategically preventing (not just tactically removing) impediments
  • Facilitation of both intra-team and external interactions and consensus
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Platinum Edge alumni
  • Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM and/or CSP-PO)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Scrum Product Owner

Our scrum product owners have proven experience optimizing value delivery and shielding scrum teams from working on low value requirements. We want to talk to you if you can demonstrate the following:
You should have:
  • Prioritizing for delivery of value early and often
  • Effective product discovery techniques
  • Customer collaboration for validating assumptions and responding to feedback
  • Providing timely clarification and making difficult business trade off decisions on a regular basis
  • Align priorities across customers, business partners, subject matter and user experience experts
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Platinum Edge alumni
  • Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO)
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM and/or CSP-PO)

Scrum Developer

Our scrum developers seek to be generalist or full-stack contributors to develop potentially shippable functionality at the end of every sprint. We want to talk to you if you can demonstrate the following:
