Many of the large organizations that contact Platinum Edge for guidance have teams spread throughout the world, and often such distance creates roadblocks to delivering projects on time and within budget. By creating a unified vision and roadmap to follow, Platinum Edge brings these global teams together for improved productivity.
As part of the expansion, Platinum Edge has brought on coaches from multiple countries, including: Australia, China, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, the company’s team of agile coaches within the United States has expanded considerably.
Notably, Steve Ostermiller, CSP joined Platinum Edge full-time in 2016 after spending 15 years in agile product development for digital media, logistics, non-profits, manufacturing, healthcare, state government, ERP implementation, direct sales, and business education. Mr. Ostermiller brings a wealth of experience to the team with an eye for technical excellence, a history of minimizing organizational chaos and confusion, strong experience as a scrum master, and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring both leadership and project teams.
