This will work for Agile Project Management [Definitive Edition]

Agile project management has become as common as software product development, as well as various other management methods in product development. For nearly 20 years, we’ve trained and coached companies large and small around the world to be nimble, adaptable, and responsive in both product development and organizational operations. Through that work, I realized that I needed to write a guide that was easy to understand and digest for everyone, regardless of experience. This book unravels the mysteries of what agile product development is and what it isn’t. It also provides you with the information you need to succeed using agile techniques. However, it is not just an introduction to agile practices and approaches, but also a way to become more agile in thinking and acting. This book was written as a reference for anyone who wants to learn more about business agility. Whether you’re an organizational leader, a project manager, a product team member, an agile enthusiast, or a product insider, you’re striving to be more agile in responding to customer needs and problems, this book will help you on what you call your “agile journey.”
